Besides the wide range of seals for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, ERIKS offers the possibility for specific seals and oilseals in the desired dimensions; Ready while your wait.
Several CNC-lathes are specially prepaired to produce seals from industrial plastics and rubbercompounds. Ideal when a seal cannot supplied from stock or when you need a special size seal.
With the aid of a specific 3D-calculationprogramm almost every wanted shape of seal can be special made for you. A choise can be made out of 150 preprogrammed basic profiles of rod-and pistonseals and dirtwipers. Once a seal is programmed and produced the seal can be marqued with a unique partnumber. In case of a repeat order, you only have to refer to this partnumber.
Knowledge makes the difference, also for quick supply of prototype seals.
